Cost & Requirements
The actual cost will vary according to the individual and how well we are able to manage our schedule against our syllabus. My flight & ground training items are based directly on the *Gleim Private Pilot Course Syllabus which, when completed correctly, ensures that ALL FAA Minimum Requirements are met.
Essentially, we will be adhering to Parts 61 and Part 91 of the Code of Federal Regulations:
Part 61 - CERTIFICATION: PILOTS, FLIGHT INSTRUCTORS, AND GROUND INSTRUCTORS
Part 91 - GENERAL OPERATING AND FLIGHT RULES
In terms of actual flight Training and practical Pilot Experience (Aeronautical), this outline that simplifies this what's to be expected. However, in addition, you must also pass a knowledge test and practical test (Verbal and Flight) with an FAA examiner.
Here are the MINIMUM PRIVATE PILOT TRAINING COSTS you can expect to pay using your aircraft.
